1. Do your paint pots come pre‑numbered to match the canvas, or do customers need to apply number stickers themselves?
All our paint pots are supplied pre‑numbered to exactly match the numbers on the canvas. You won’t need any stickers – just open the pot and start painting.
2. How many ml of paint are supplied per pot?
Each pot contains 3 ml of acrylic paint.
3. Can you provide higher quality / premium paint options (thicker, more opaque paints, improved consistency)?
Our standard acrylic paints already deliver excellent coverage and consistency. If you need an upgraded, thicker formulation for a premium line, we can discuss custom paint options. We can also supply additional paint volume or spare pots on request. Just let us know your requirements and we will find the right solution.
4. Do you offer premium kits that use more than 48 colours?
No, the maximum number of colours we currently offer is 48.
5. Paint quality and safety

Canvas & Materials
6. What canvas material and thickness do you use?
We use a high‑quality linen canvas with a weight of 320–420 g/m². It is a pre‑coloured printed canvas. The thickness is a single proven specification that we have used reliably for over 10 years and cannot be adjusted. This canvas delivers great painting results and lasting durability.
7. Can line thickness on the canvas be adjusted?
No, the line thickness is fixed. It is a standard that has worked successfully across thousands of kits and ensures clear, easy‑to‑follow outlines.
8. Are your canvases pre‑printed with colour, or are they blank outlines?
Our canvas is a pre‑coloured printed canvas – the design is already printed in colour with numbered areas, ready to paint.
Custom Pet Portrait Kits & Artwork
9. For custom pet portrait kits, what is the maximum number of paint colours you can offer?
We can provide up to 48 colours for a custom pet portrait kit.
10. Can you send photos of completed custom pet portrait kits (not generic sample kits)?
Yes, we can share photos of real completed custom pet portrait kits on request. Please contact us and we will send you relevant examples.
11. Where should we send the high‑resolution pet photo for custom artwork? What are the image requirements?

Crop the image to a 4:5 ratio.

Use the highest resolution possible; the minimum is 800 × 1000 pixels.

File types JPG or PNG are both fine.

If you want a portrait with no background, please remove the background before sending. If your pet’s setting is part of the image you’d like to keep (e.g., for colouring), there is no need to remove it.
We will only use the part of the artwork that you want included.
12. Is artwork conversion done manually by designers or automatically by software?
Every image is first manually optimised by a designer – retouching, enhancing details, adjusting colour separation – and then professional software is used to generate the paint‑by‑numbers template. This hybrid process gives you the best of both worlds.
13. Can we manually review and approve the artwork before production begins?
Absolutely. We always provide a digital proof for your manual review and approval. No production starts until you give the go‑ahead.
Ordering, MOQ & Pricing
14. Can you produce a one‑off paid sample custom pet portrait kit from a customer‑supplied photo?
Yes, we can. A single paid sample is a great way to check the quality before you commit to a larger order.
15. Can we order sample kits first before placing larger wholesale orders?
Of course. We welcome sample orders so you can evaluate the product in person before a wholesale order.
16. What is your MOQ for a white‑label arrangement?
The minimum order quantity for a white‑label arrangement is 10 kits.

19. What are your normal production times for custom orders?
Standard production time is 3 working days after artwork approval.
Shipping & Packaging
20. How are canvases shipped? Are they rolled in protective tubes or folded?
We always pack canvases rolled in protective tubes – we never fold them. For example, 40 × 50 cm kits are shipped rolled only, as creases would ruin the painting experience. We care about this just as much as you do.
21. What are your typical shipping times to UK customers?
Delivery usually takes 3–8 working days, depending on the shipping method and exact destination.
22. For larger orders, what shipping methods do you offer?
We offer air courier (express), air freight and sea freight. The best option depends on the order size and how quickly you need the goods. We will help you choose the most cost‑effective solution.
23. Do you offer direct fulfilment / dropshipping to end customers in the UK, or are you supply‑only?
We offer both models – supply‑only if you handle your own fulfilment, and direct dropshipping to your UK customers if you prefer a hands‑off approach.
